Reporting requirements: ARC schemes
As a condition of award, ARC grants holders are required to submit annual progress reports and a final report on cessation of the grant.
Annual Progress reports
- All progress reports must be submitted annually by the 15 January, regardless of the project's start date (a late start date does not affect your reporting obligations, hence you may be required to complete a report for a project which has not yet commenced). Linkage Projects (Round Two) do not have to submit a report in their first year of funding.
- Download the scheme-specific template from the ARC Progress Report page and provide the Grants Office with a completed and signed hardcopy. Note that this report is NOT submitted via GAMS. Submit report to:

Final reports
- Final reports, with the exception of LIEF, are due within six months of the final payment (including any carry forward). Final Reports for LIEF are due by 1 November of the year after the calendar year in which all ARC and contributor funds were expended. The Final Report template is available through GAMS, and must be completed and submitted directly to the ARC through that system.
