Submitting non-lead grant applications
Applicants involved in research projects not administered by the University of Melbourne should only notify the Research Office of their application if it is successful. Please ensure your Head of Department is aware that you are involved in a non-lead project and inform them of any faculty contributions prior to award. For non-lead grant applications, which require central contributions, please contact the Research Office.Upon award you will need to formally accept the grant and create a project account at the University. Provide the following to the Research Office:
- Copy of the application
- Copy of the Letter of Award
- Copy of the funding agreement if available and/or collaborative agreement
- Lodgement Application Form created through Themis Submissions. Refer to the Themis Quick Reference Card Creating a grant submission record (pdf, 121kb)
