Standard Research Agreement (template)
How do I use the agreement?
This agreement may be presented to the external party during negotiations, but can only be signed by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) or by the Vice-Principal (Research).
If the terms and conditions are not changed, the Research Contracts Group will arrange sign-off immediately upon receipt. If changes are required to the agreement, one of our research lawyers will review and negotiate the changes on your behalf. Use of the standard template will shorten the review process as the lawyer will only need to review the required changes.
