Confidentiality agreements (standard and non-standard)

Confidential information is normally defined as unpatented inventions, ideas, know-how, concepts, trade secrets, techniques, software and other commercially valuable information or intellectual property, etc.

Can I use the agreements?

The University has two standard templates for confidentiality agreements, and in some specific cases authorises the Dean or Head of Department to sign drafts of external confidentiality agreements. Click on the link that describes your circumstances:
